If you would like to use a room, field or building...
To avoid conflicts, improve communication, and ensure our costs and liabilities are covered, we need a facility use agreement from everyone that would like to use our buildings, rooms, or even playing fields. The following information and forms are provided for that purpose. Please review the handbook and facility use rates below.
