To avoid conflicts, improve communication and ensure our costs and liabilities are covered, we need a signed agreement from everyone that would like to use our buildings, rooms or even playing fields. The following information and forms are provided for that purpose. Please review the handbook and fill our the attached form and return it to the District Office at 24 Shafer Avenue, fax it to 509-653-1211 (Attn Kyla Alexieff) or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
